Jim Doran uses discarded objects such as Altoids
tins and small lip balm jars and creates miniature paper cut dioramas. His inspirations
come from the sea, the macabre, the divine and the metaphysical. I love how his
drawings have a sense of life towards them, almost like he is creating a
three-dimensional world of his own.
