I came across the work of Elsa Mora. She works with paper to create gorgeous pieces some large and some small. I particularly like her style because her works have a pretty little girl feel to them and they are also quite playful which I enjoy.
I admire the planning of which parts to cut away with her work, as this is something I had to take into consideration.
Whist researching paper cutting I found these stunning paper eyelashes they are truly amazing and very delicate.
I also looked at miniature paper folding and found the work of Anja Markiewicz, she makes very tiny origami pieces, i am astounded at how small scale she has managed to go, this must have been very hard work as it is difficult to get origami folds right even on a normal scale. I have much admiration for her work.
One simple paper folding game that I remember playing as a child is the paper fortune teller. i had a go at making the game as small as I could, still not as small as Anja's work!
