Embroidery Stages

Here are a few examples where I have drawn the same images again but this time I have just used embroidery for the outlines and for the shading. In these examples, I have experimented with colour and linear work. To me colour is everything, you can never use too much and too less and I love how the colour radically changes into different shades and I love the contrasting mixture of colours that you can see. I also love the contrast of using simplicity and detail into these samples. I have also experimented in creating different shading techniques. I am really happy with how I have approached the shading, as I wanted to create a variety of different appearances with it. I am really happy by how I have managed to make them as realistic as possible.
