Some thoughts that we came away with after our first tutorial:
- Why are we so drawn to miniature?
- Do miniatures mesmerize us?
- Do we want to nurture and protect small things? are they more precious to us?
- Is it like creating a magical world?
- What is the purpose of it?
- Is it to tell a narrative?
- Is it to amaze people?
- Is it to play around with the sense of scale and perspective?
- Is it to change peoples feelings/ atmosphere/ surroundings?
- Is it to draw attention to the small and insignificant?
